Every set of sliders are built utilizing a CNC cut, bent and fabricated mounting system, all American top quality steel, 2x2 hitch steel main slider with a 1 3/4" x .120 wall DOM tubing rub rail with rear kick out and all assembled using a set jig to eliminate human error. The integrated tread plate feature gives your sliders not only the strength to take on the trail but they function as a convenient entry step. All mounting hardware is provided.

The Hefty Fabworks Body Mount Relocation kit is the ultimate solution for fitting larger tires on your 4Runner, Tacoma or GX. Unlike some other kits on the market, our relocation kit is designed to add strength to the frame and body mount while increasing the tire clearance. No more compromising the frame structure with poorly designed products, we provide a large frame plate that is welded into the frame and spreads the load across a large area, spanning across the original body mount areas and frame holes to eliminate frame cracking and structure issues associated with many relocations.

Installation:
Installation should be done by a professional and requires cutting, grinding and welding. The quality of the welding will determine the strength of the final product so pick your installer with this in mind. Average install time 5 hours.
Support the body of the vehicle with jacks or use a wedge between the body and frame to maintain the correct spacing. (don't forget to remove the wedge after the install is completed)
Pulling the interior floor carpet back, find the factory body mount bolt and remove the bolt from the vehicle. Remove the body mount.
Cut the factory body mount off the vehicle making sure not to cut into the frame, grind smooth.
Install the supplied frame plate: determine the location of the frame plate with the new body mount, start tacking the plate in at the rear portion. The plates are flat when they come to you, we recommend welding the section of the plate to the frame that sits flat, then while hot use a large hammer to for the plate to the frame towards the front of the vehicle and continue your weld as you go.
Install the body mount plate with the new hardware and tighten to compress the bushing. Tack weld the bracket into place then remove the bushing and hardware. Fully weld the mount into place, then weld in the lower brace. Wait for the brackets to cool then paint with a high quality paint before installing bushings.

These arms are meticulously designed and crafted using CAD and CNC machining. They are made from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum and undergo bead blasting, Type II anodizing, and laser etching for a sleek gun metal gray finish. The arms feature a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and misalignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. They are made in the USA and are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model-specific spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are required. The arms also utilize larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints for additional camber and caster adjustment. These heim joints eliminate flexing/deflection and provide zero binding under hard use and braking. The arms come with AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut for secure attachment. The V2 design of these arms increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. They are designed for 1-3" of lift and come with all necessary hardware for installation.
Our updated design features a billet aluminum cover for the uniball, providing protection against dirt and contaminants. The cap is press-fit and sealed with an O-ring. Our Camburg upper arms replace the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, increasing wheel travel and durability. We also improve caster and camber curves for better alignment and handling. Our arms are designed using CAD/CAM software and manufactured in-house with precision welding and CNC machining. They come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings, grease-able zerk fittings, and FK 1.25" PTFE-lined uniballs. The arms are powder-coated and include all necessary hardware. They are designed for 1-3" of lift and fit 6 lug model trucks.
Introducing the Camburg X-Joint, a high-performance ball-joint designed for extreme conditions. Made with heat-treated materials and an improved boot design, it offers increased strength, better greasing, and longer lifespan. The dual lip seal design prevents contamination, while the grease zerk fitting allows for easy maintenance. Specifically designed for our ball-joint upper arms, the X-Joint provides optimal fit and maximum wheel travel. It corrects suspension geometry, improves handling, and offers a wider range of alignment adjustment. With a tubular construction and thicker wall tubing, it provides more tire and shock clearance. The X-Joint is pre-installed with polyurethane frame pivot bushings and comes with all necessary hardware. Made in the USA, it is compatible with 1-3" of lift and corrects camber and caster.
When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more. Replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. We pride ourselves in producing the best parts available under our own roof and control.
This kit is what’s required to rebuild the uniballs in your Camburg upper arms and some of our lower arms. The kit includes two FK 1.25 uniballs and two snap rings. These are made in the USA and are not some cheap imported parts. They have a self-lubricating military grade PTFE liner internally for reduced stiction and noise. Having a 100,730 lbs. load rating, these are far stronger than OEM style ball-joints and cheaper or smaller uniball bearings. The bearing ID with the mis-alignment spacers removed is 1.25" and the bearing OD is 2.375".Refer to our instructions for step-by-step directions. Confirm sizing before ordering as some older version upper arms use a smaller 1.00" uniball. Easiest way to tell is by the bolt. If the bolt is a hex head and above the uniball, than it's a 1" uniball as the 1.25" has the bolt recessed below.
