Designed, engineered, tested, and assembled in Colorado; SPC Performance’s adjustable upper control arms are loaded with the features you need. Improve suspension travel, handling, and tire wear while you center your tire in the wheel well to maximize clearance for your oversized tires. Equipped with greaseable ball joints and xAxis™ sealed flex joints in bonded rubber sleeves, this arm will both correct alignment angles and restore factory ride quality. Featuring an upgraded greaseable ball joint and rubber isolated xAxis™ bushings, this arm is designed to correct alignment angles while maintaining factory ride quality. SPC's fully forged steel design provides the strength and durability needed for the most demanding environments. These remove and replace arms are sold in pairs.

• Get the most suspension travel available: SPC’s arms have improved clearance to get around the spring bucket and 80° of articulation in its ball joint. Now equipped with free pivoting xAxis joints, SPC's arm gives you maximum droop travel. More travel than any other ball joint or mono ball equipped arm on the market.

• Get your drivability and tracking back: When you lift your truck you affect caster and camber. SPC’s arms have +2° of caster built into them. Using its patented ball joint design, the arm will get you 0° to +4° of caster and ±2° of camber. This adjustability allows you to put your alignment angles back to specification.

• Get your tire where you want it in the wheel well: Use adjustment in the control arm and on the OE lower cams to maximize alignment angles and move oversized tires forward in the wheel well to minimize or avoid fender trimming.

• On the adjustable ball joint SPC uses hex chromate free finish and offers a 700hr salt spray test for the best corrosion protection available.

96504 - Total Chaos Uniball Upper Control Arms

• 4130 chromoly tubular upper control arms are 100% bolt on and hand crafted in the U.S.A.
• CNC machined slug adapters press into the spindle and convert the factory ball joint to a 1" uniball for added component strength & maximum wheel travel.
• TOTAL CHAOS includes 1" I.D. uniballs that feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & heat treated stainless steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniball's also features a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.
• Custom profile upper and lower hi-misalignment spacers maximize droop wheel travel and are machined from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel. The lower hi-misalignment spacer registers into the slug adapter for maximum strength.
• Upper control arms combined with extended length coil over shocks will allow for up to 1" of additional wheel travel.
• Urethane bushings reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings.
• Control arm pivots include zerk fittings to grease the urethane bushings & inner sleeves without disassembly.
• 2 stage powder coat process includes a durable clear coat to provide a long lasting finish.

Introducing a brand new addition to our lineup.  Aluma Series Coilovers still provide the same great ride quality as our current line but offer additional benefits.

TTBOSS-4R210ALM Includes:

• Toytec Front Aluma Series Coilovers
  • Note: Vehicles with KDSS will not use the sway bar bracket.
• The shock bodies are made from hard anodized aluminum for cooler operation as well as better protection from the elements.
• Front Aluma Series Coilovers are adjustable from 2-3" of lift
• Internal hydraulic valving optimized to match the 700 lb rate spring for use with or without a bumper or winch.
• Aluma Series Coilovers are assembled and ready to bolt on.  No spring compressor or special tools needed for installation.
• The TTBOSS-4R210ALM kit includes sway bar relocation brackets, preload adjustment tool and owners manual. 
• This suspension kit includes nitrogen charged design with internal floating piston to help prevent shock fading and cavitation
• Heavy duty 16mm induction-hardened piston shaft.
• These shocks are fully rebuildable
• Aftermarket upper control arms are recommended.

• LKFJ20R - Toytec 2.0 Aluma Series Rear shocks designed for 1-3" lift.  Shock bodies are hard-anodized aluminum for cooler operation and longer lasting in the elements.  Fully rebuildable.  Perfect match to our Aluma coilovers.

• Choose from Toytec Boss 2.5 Front Aluma Series IFP Coilovers or 2.5 Aluma Series with Remote Reservoirs (*note - Remote Reservoir option for vehicles without KDSS)

  • Adjustable from 2-3" of lift

• RR56BFJR-P - Toytec 2.5 Aluma Series Remote Reservoir Shocks.
  • These are a step up, adding additional oil cooling to the shocks through the remote reservoir.  
  • Note: Some aftermarket rear bumpers may require custom modification to mount the reservoirs
